Welcome to Chapman Street Properties LLC.  We are a locally owned residential apartment rental company based out of Greenfield, MA.  We take pride in the fact that we personally manage and maintain our rentals.  Our goal is to provide an affordable apartment you can feel comfortable in.    

 

Many of our units are rented to individuals and families based on their household income through the MRVP program.  No existing voucher is needed.
